DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 01: ARRIVAL TO LIMA

Upon your arrival to Lima International Airport, our local representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. There you will receive a briefing on your tour; receive vouchers covering all the services included in your tour and additional information on the organization of your trip. Overnight in Lima. Meals Included: None

DAY 02: LIMA TO CUSCO

At a convenient time, you will be transferred to Lima airport to take your flight to Cusco. Upon your arrival to Cusco Airport, you are going to be picked-up and transferred to your hotel in Cusco. Rest and adapt to altitude. Overnight in Cusco. Meals Included: Breakfast.

DAY 03: SACRED VALLEY

FD SACRED VALLEY (SHARED SERVICE) Today in the morning, our guided visit to the Sacred Valley will take place. We will start the tour departing through the fertile countryside, arriving to the colonial town of Pisac, where a colorful market will welcome us. Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, passing through the Towns of Calca and Urubamba, we visit the Inca Fortress and Citadel of Ollantaytambo, built to guard the entrance to this part of the Valley, and protect it from possible invasion from the tribes in the Lower jungle. You can walk through the quaint streets of the nearby Town and get a good idea of what this Strategic Military, Religious, and Agricultural Centre was like during the era of the Inca Empire. After the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Sacred Valley. Meals Included: Breakfast & Lunch.

DAY 04: MACHU PICCHU

Today, you will be transferred from your hotel to Ollantaytambo Train Station in order to take your train to Aguas Calientes. After that, you will walk to Aguas Calientes Bus Station in order to take your bus to the incredible Machu Picchu followed by a 30-minute bus drive, climbing 06 km of winding road. MACHU PICCHU TOUR (SHARED SERVICE) Upon arrival, you will participate in a guided tour of the Citadel, visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sun Dial, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows and various burial grounds. Then, you will enjoy your lunch in a Local Restaurant in Aguas Calientes under you own arrangement. After your lunch, you will go to Aguas Calientes Train Station in order to take your train to Poroy. Finally, you will be transferred from Poroy Train Station to your hotel in Cusco. Overnight in Cusco. Meals Included: Breakfast.

DAY 05: CUSCO TO PUNO

At a convenient time, you will be transferred to Cusco bus station to take your tourist bus to Puno. TOURIST BUS FROM CUSCO TO PUNO (SHARED SERVICE) On the road we will know attractions like the people of Andahuaylillas and the Church of San Pedro, also known as the Sistine Chapel of America. Then, we will visit the archaeological center of Raqchi, an impressive building made to the Wiracocha God. We will continue our route to Sicuani were we will take lunch and then we depart to La Raya, the highest point of the route (4335 m.a.s.l), we will spend about 10 minutes to make photos. At last we will know the people of Pukara, with a guided museum site appreciating archaeological remains of the highland Andean cultures. Upon your arrival to Puno, you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Puno. Meals Included: Breakfast & Lunch.

DAY 06: PUNO

FD UROS & TAQUILE (SHARED SERVICE) At according time, we will start our lakeside guided tour to the highest lake in the world the “Titicaca Lake” (3810 m.a.s.l), located in the Altiplano, we will visit the Uros Islands using small boats, this ethnic family lives in floating islands of totora reeds. We continue to Taquile island (4040 m.a.s.l) where we will discover one of the most beautiful andean places with plenty of hills and archaeological sites, weaving is the main activity and garments made with high technical fabric designs shows their daily lives. Return to Puno in the afternoon. Overnight in Puno. Meals Included: Breakfast & Lunch.

DAY 07: PUNO – CROSSING OF TITICACA LAKE – LA PAZ

At according time pick up from hotel to the Station to board the bus towards the town of Copacabana, before entering to Bolivia we stop through immigration, for this reason it is important for the passengers to carry their physical passport to enter Bolivian land (the payment of the visa is according to the nationality of the passenger, they should ask about information in the Bolivian consulate in their country), in Copacabana we will visit the main square, the cathedral, the Indian market among other attractions, then we board the catamaran to start the crossing of Titicaca Lake, during the voyage we will visit the Sun Island, here we will visit the Inca Garden, the Steps of the Inca, the Sacred Inca fountains and Inti Wata Complex, we will also appreciate the ceremony called Kallawaya and a demonstration of ancient navigation in a boat made of reeds, At the end of our visit to the Sun Island we will be transferred to Chua town, here we board the bus to La Paz. Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. In the evening, you will enjoy your dinner at hotel’s restaurant. Overnight in La Paz. Meals Included: Breakfast & Lunch.

DAY 08: LA PAZ TO UYUNI

At a convenient time, you will be transferred to La Paz airport to take your flight to Uyuni. FD UYUNI SALT FLAT (SHARED SERVICE) Arrival and transfer immediately to the salar, we will visit the largest island “Incahuasi” which is located in the center of a group of islands, these represent a totally isolated ecosystem, the Island is full of a type of cactus that can grow to 12 meters high providing a breathtaking scenery. In rainy season, from November to March, the salar could be flooded and in this case, we can visit the train cemetery. In Colchani salt processing is done by an artisan way. We can enter to the salar as far as possible enjoying a beautiful landscape, in rainy season the salt becomes a giant mirror that reflects the sky perfectly and everything seems to be floating in the air. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Uyuni. Meals Included: Breakfast & Lunch & Dinner.

DAY 09:DEPARTURE FROM UYUNI

At a convenient time, you will be transferred to Uyuni airport to take your flight to La Paz and then, your connecting flight back home. Meals Included: Breakfast
